SQUAT

Squat is one of the three great lifts among deadlift and bench press. As the dead lift you can lift very heavy weights and combined with the complexity of the lift it is very important it is done correctly.

Squat is a great exercise to train your glutes, hamstring and quads. If you dont like the traditional squat try the front squat, or try using dumbbells or kettlebells instead of the barbell.

Be very careful using strict form, and are you lifting heavy always use a spotter.
